Refund Policy

Refunds and exchanges require our approval.

Request a return

Email andrej@dmetuningflorida.com with your order number and product details. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping anything, and display that number on the package. Unauthorized returns will be refused or sent back.

Eligibility and costs

• Physical items must reach us within 30 days of purchase, unused, clean and in their original condition and packaging. We inspect returns before approving refunds.
• You pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refundable.
• A 20% restocking deduction applies to refunds unless DME Tuning Florida made an error.
• Performance ECU software purchases become final after 14 days. Software for used, custom or non-DME supercharger systems is non-refundable.
• Special-order items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Other exchanges depend on replacement availability.

Refund timing

Allow up to four weeks from handing the package to your carrier: approximately 5–10 business days for delivery, 3–5 for our processing and 5–10 for bank processing.
